Enjoy your break! I know I’m greatly looking forward to mine, even though I’ll be working full time.

I work for a living so no such thing as summer break, but it’s sunny and 31 degrees (87) C here.
I love Ottawa this time of year. Our spring is like two weeks long. A month ago it was snowing and -14C (Like 3F). Then we have two weeks of middling temps. And now summer till mid sept.

YUP!!! Every year at the end of winter God flips a swtich for us and then it is summer time. It just happens. One year “spring” was 2 days long, it went from -10 and snowing to 20C (66F) in one week. The very beginning of summer is always a little wierd though. 87 degrees and there are no leaves on the trees. hahaha.

So weird how long do the days get in Ottawa during June? 16 hours of sunlight or so?

About 5:15 am - 8:50pm at peak. Not long days by Canada’s standards. short dusk too.
Where I am from (Vancouver) it’s like 5:07-9:22 so they get that extra 30 minutes plus a longer dusk. Gotta love 10:30pm dusk.
